DoorDash - Food Delivery began the quarter with approximately 462K downloads, which saw a fluctuating trend and ended with about 352K by March end. Weekly active users started at 10.4M, dipped slightly in February, and peaked at 12.4M in mid-March before closing the quarter with 11.9M.
Uber Eats: Food Delivery saw its downloads start at 300K and decrease over the quarter to 239K. Active users showed a similar trend, starting at 10M, dipping to 9.6M, then reaching a high of 11.9M mid-March, and ending at 10.8M.
Grubhub: Food Delivery downloads began at 195K, with the lowest point at 130K in late March. Active users started at 1.8M, dropped to 1.6M in early January, and peaked at 2M in mid-March, before ending slightly lower at 1.9M.
Instacart-Get Grocery Delivery downloads showed a peak of 147K in early February, with the quarter beginning at 115K and ending at 100K. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 1M, peaking at 1.1M in mid-March, and closing the quarter at 1M.
Lastly, DoorDash - Dasher, the app for delivery drivers, had its downloads peak in early January at 125K and end the quarter at 126K. Active users showed consistent growth from 1.1M at the start of the quarter to 1.3M by the end.
